This machine is a professional wire drawing machine that can draw aluminum rods from Φ9.5mm to Φ1.7-3.5mm. It has the advantages of low compression rate, multiple passes, high drawing speed, and energy consumption. The transmission structure of this machine is an independent input shaft, which drives two tower wheel shafts, one guide wheel shaft, and a fixed speed wheel shaft through two pairs of reduction gears and sprocket pairs. The drawing type machine is single side drawing, the cooling type is external circulation spray type, and the winding type is the I-shaped wheel winding machine for coil winding.
