14DT Fine copper wire automatic drawing machine with continuous annealer

This type of machine is designed with a double-layer configuration. The main motor drives the capstan shaft and the drawing shaft through a flat belt, enabling its operation. The take-up shaft is powered by an independent three-phase AC motor and is synchronously controlled by double-frequency conversion. This machine is capable of drawing copper wires with an initial diameter in the range of Φ0.8 - 1.6mm down to a final diameter of Φ0.25 - 0.6mm. It operates at a running speed of 1200m/min. Owing to its stable working performance, this machine has become quite popular in the wire and cable industry.
