1. This steel wire-drawing machine is designed specifically for drawing stainless - steel wire.

2. It features a full-immersion lubrication system and synchronous-belt drive, offering characteristics such as constant tension, low noise, and high efficiency.

3. The capstan is made of special tool - steel material.

4. The equipment employs PLC control, with a double-motor and double-frequency - conversion configuration, and is equipped with a color touch-screen display.

5. A special straightening device is added to the export die, facilitating the release and annealing of the finished - product wire in the subsequent process.

6. A stepper motor is utilized for wire arrangement, providing adjustability and smooth operation.

7. A disorderly-wire protection device is installed at the pay-off position. In the event of disorderly or broken wire, the machine can stop automatically.
