This machine consists of a pay off device, a wire drawing host, a horizontal annealing device, a wire storage device, a double coil take up device, a lubrication and cooling device, and other components. It is capable of drawing an Φ8mm copper rod into round copper wire with a diameter ranging from Φ1.2 to Φ4mm. Employing advanced production techniques, this machine features stable performance and can reach a production speed of up to 20 meters per hour.
