This machine is mainly used for 2*φ8mm copper rod drawing into 2*φ1.6mm-φ4.0mm (or 1*φ8mm copper rod drawing into φ1.2mm-φ4.5mm) annealed soft bright copper wire. The wire drawing capstan is arranged in a row, the fixed speed capstan and the wire drawing capstan are driven by independent motor respectively, which can realize the quick die change. The finished product can be winded in wire basket and bobbin continuously.

1. The wire drawing machine has dual functions, which can synchronously achieve wire drawing operation and annealing treatment of copper wire.

2. This wire drawing machine can simultaneously carry out wire drawing or annealing processes on copper wires.

When the multi-wire series drawing machine is running, the wire will not deviate and the drawing direction is horizontal.

4. With an independent tension control system, the wire is less prone to breakage during processing.

5. There are two winding modes available for flexible selection, and the output wire can be wound on the same spool or separately wound on four spools.

6. Use environmentally friendly paint to ensure that the appearance of the machine is bright in color, has good glossiness, and meets the standard for surface smoothness.
